Media kit
Everything a partner, vendor or journalist needs to describe Tool Grading accurately. Facts only; figures are updated when the site is rebuilt.
What Tool Grading is
Business software, graded on one public rubric. Tool Grading exists because most software rankings are either advertising in disguise or an opinion dressed up as a number. We publish the rubric first, then score against it, so a reader can disagree with a weight instead of guessing at a motive.
Publisher
Tool Grading LLC, an independent publisher. Mailing address will be published here when company registration is complete.

Audience and positioning
Readers are people who run or work in small businesses and need to choose, price or use business software. Content is written in English for a US-first audience. The site launched in 2026; traffic figures will be published here once there is a full quarter of data, and we do not quote estimates before then.

How we work with vendors
- We accept product information, pricing corrections and documentation links at the contact address above.
- We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not publish sponsored content presented as editorial.
- Affiliate programmes: we apply through the vendor’s own network (Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, CJ, Awin and others). Links are added after the editorial work is finished.
